These terms apply to purchases from the Townlands online store. Contact support@townlands.io with questions about an order.

Products

Townlands framed prints are decorative, made-to-order representations of places and administrative boundaries. Product pages identify the artwork, exact print dimensions, frame and material supplied for each variant. Screen colours and product photographs can differ slightly from the physical item.

Townlands maps and place information are not legal boundary surveys and must not be used as authoritative evidence of land ownership, title, planning, navigation or legal jurisdiction.

Orders

An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and it passes Townlands' manual production review. We may contact the customer when order information is incomplete or a product cannot be fulfilled as described. A cancellation, replacement or refund will follow the published policies and applicable consumer law.

Prices, taxes and delivery

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the active market. Delivery charges and any taxes collected by the store are shown before order submission. International recipients may be responsible for customs charges, duties or local taxes not collected at checkout where applicable law permits.

Intellectual property

The Townlands name, artwork, layouts, software and original written content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Purchasing a print does not transfer reproduction, resale or commercial-use rights.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
