Production

Townlands framed prints are made to order. Production normally takes 2–7 business days after an order is submitted for production. This is an estimate and can be longer during high-volume periods, product shortages or quality-control reprints.

Delivery after dispatch

Estimated standard transit is 2–3 business days to the United Kingdom; 2–5 business days to the United States, Canada, Germany and most of Europe; 3–6 business days to Australia; 5–10 business days to Northern Europe and EFTA destinations; and 10–30 business days to other supported destinations. The estimate shown for a destination does not include production time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking is supplied when the selected service supports it.

Shipping charges, customs and duties

Shipping is charged separately and the available charge is shown before payment. International recipients may need to pay import duties, customs charges or local taxes that are not collected at checkout. Any such recipient charge is the customer's responsibility where applicable law permits.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address. Contact support@townlands.io immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after production or dispatch begins. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a customer-supplied address error or is returned after failed delivery, reprinting or reshipping may require an additional customer payment where legally permitted.

If tracking reports delivery but the parcel cannot be found, or if delivery is materially delayed, contact Townlands so we can investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
